Visa is required for citizens of some countries. Please consult the Danish Embassy or Consulate in your country to find out whether or not you need a visa.

It is important to note that you need to have registered and paid for the congress before you can request a letter of invitation.

Only participants with paid registration fee will get their letter of invitation processed.

Please download the Invitation Request Form and after you have completed it, please send it to Jette Gotlieb Iversen at jette@ics.dk in order to obtain a Letter of Invitation.
