Payment should be remitted as follows:

If you are registering on-line, the only credit cards accepted are Eurocard, Master Card and VISA.  If you want to use American Express, Diners Club or Dankort (Danish Participants) please complete the registration form and fax it back to fax number: + 45 70 23 78 88. Please remember to indicate credit card number and expiry date, as well as the three (3) digit control number (CVC) which is printed on the back of your credit card. Some credit cards have a four (4) digit code on the front.

Please make sure that your name, address, and “WORLDPHARMA2010” are clearly stated on all payments and transfer documents.

Please remember to add bank charges, as the recipient will not pay those.

Registration Cancellation & Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and mailed to ICS - International Conference Services A/S and with a reference to a bank account, incl. the SWIFT Code and IBAN (International Bank Account Number), where a possible refund may be remitted to. An administration fee will be charged depending on the date the cancellation is received by ICS as follows:

A handling fee of € 25 per registration will be charged for every registration modification received after 1 July 2010.

Credit cannot be given for unattended events, late arrivals or early departure.
All refunds will be processed after the Congress.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Hotels rooms in different categories have been reserved for Congress participants. It is anticipated that the hotel situation will be very tight during the Congress. It is, therefore, advisable to reserve rooms as early as possible. Rooms will be allocated on a first come first served basis. No rooms can be reserved unless complete credit card details are given to ICS on the Accommodation form online by clicking here

The following prices are in DKK per room per night. The prices include: Breakfast, service charge and 25% VAT. All rooms are with private bath and toilet.

Hotel Reservation
Reservations can be made either on-line by clicking here (or by faxing the form (to be downloaded here) to ICS on fax number + 45 70 23 78 88. Reservations will be made provided the hotel reservation form together with complete credit card details, are sent well in advance. If the hotel of your choice is not available at the time of booking, the nearest alternative will be allocated. ICS will, however, make every effort to comply with your request.

Credit Card Guarantee
The credit card information you provide will with regards to accommodation be used towards the hotel as well as to ICS to guarantee your room reservation. In case of no-show, arrival after the reserved date or departure before the reserved date and cancellation, ICS or the hotel may charge your credit card with the amount corresponding to the full stay requested.
Payment is made directly to the hotel upon check-out.

Possible changes must be addressed to ICS and not to the hotel
Such changes must always be made by letter, fax or e-mail. When changes have been accepted, a new voucher will be issued. Please make sure to present the new voucher at the hotel, as the old one will no longer be valid.

Cancellation and Change Fee – Hotels
Change fee - hotels:
Change of hotel, guest, and number of nights or dates: EUR 25

Hotel cancellation and reducing fees:
Before 31 May 2010: EUR 25
Between 1 June - 1 July 2010: EUR 50
After 1 July 2010: Minimum rate for one night. ICS A/S reserves the right to charge for the full stay depending on the hotels' terms and conditions.
